Triquetra Stained Glass Panel
This stained glass piece is made using the copper foil method of assembly, and is made start to finish in my rural Ohio stained glass etc. studio. It measures roughly a square foot, and the Celtic knot design in the center is fired into the glass using kiln fired paint and a stenciling technique.
The triquetra knot, as it is known, has a variety of meanings as it predates Christianity, but is generally used to depict a triadic deity.
Each stained glass piece I make is a one-of-a-kind piece, although I can repeat designs, they're never made with the same glass selections.
